My friend is considering training for a fitness competition but her biggest concern is protein.
See, her husband has a severe food allergy to all things poultry. He can’t have eggs or chicken or turkey or he will go into severe shock and potentially die. Talk about an incentive to avoid eggs!
So their household is egg/poultry free, but she’s trying to also avoid red meat because it’s so fatty.
Does anyone have advice/blogs/websites/recipes to recommend for her unique situation?
