Asparagus and Mushroom Egg Scrambler Recipe

Good morning!  Thought I try something new for breakfast.  Here is my recipe for Asparagus & Mushroom Egg Scrambler.

Ingredients:

Directions:

    • Dice your onions
    • Cut up asparagus.  Remember to throw away the bottoms.
    • Spray pan with butter spray and cook onions and asparagus on low heat until they are tender and the onion starts to brown.
    • Dice your mushrooms and add to pan and stir for about a minute so mushrooms are heated but still firm.

      Add egg whites, egg and two shakes of Mrs. Dash.Enjoy!  Yum!
