My Body is a Science Project: Week 12 – TX State Naturals

Let the countdown begin!  12 Weeks to the Texas State Naturals Championship.

 

 

 

 

I’m definitely in better shape 12 weeks out for this show versus my first one.  Hopefully I will reach my goal of adding 5 lbs. of lean muscle mass.

Also…I want to lift my butt!  Wish me luck!

    • Thanks! Yes, 5 lbs. lean muscle gain. Last time I weighed 100 lbs and pretty much everyone agreed that was too thin. My trainer wants me to be 105-110 for the next show and 120 lbs. while I’m training.
