Blogger Challenge: What’s In Your Gym Bag?

  Fitness Cheerleader wanted to know what’s in my gym bag.  Here it is:

1.  Clean clothes.  I love to shower at the gym.  It’s nice to shower alone without the little people at home trying to join me!

2. Grooming items.  It’s important to not be stinky, right?

3. Workout notebook and gloves. Good for keeping track of your weightlifting progress and ensuring only your muscles look shredded and not the palms of your hands.

4. Blue pen.  If you read 5 Weird Things About Me you will understand this.

5. Keys.  ‘nuf said.6.  Business cards and a bag of almonds.  FYI – Got 250 business cards with customized photo from Vistaprint for only $22.00!!!  Almonds are a quick source of energy before lifting heavy weights.

7.  Receipts from our recent vacation to Disneyland, CA.  Hmm.  Let’s see what I bought that day…

  Diet Coke.  I’m not supposed to drink soda.  Doh!  If you’re my trainer, Daniel, don’t read this!  But hey, at least it was the receipt for the corn dog or the chocolate ice cream…

8.  iPod and phone.  Well, I’m taking the pictures with my phone, but you get the point.
