My Body is a Science Project – Week 10, Texas State Naturals

Trying to focus on my upper body muscles this week.  But mostly trying to finish all that paperwork for school registration for the kids.  It feels like I have more homework than they do!  OK, back to bodybuilding…

My cardio was cut this week so I can keep on the weight to gain muscle.

I need to start practicing my poses again and walking in heels, but yesterday I was busy mopping the floors; not the best thing to be doing in five inch heels.

Today I meet with Daniel after dropping off kids to school/nursery school.  We are doing back exercises today.

I think after this competition is over I’d like to try boxing.  Only, I don’t want anyone to punch me back.  That would hurt.  God, I really need to drink coffee before I start blogging…
