Currently, I’m full swing into Operation Ass Lift. I’m discovering this mission is proving impossible. Much like Navy SEAL Team 6 looking for the elusive Osama Bin Laden, I am in search of my ass. I don’t know how I lost it; I don’t know where I lost it; I’m not even sure I ever had one.
Daniel upped the weight to 50 lbs. on my back now for my daily 400 lunges (yes, four hundred lunges, 5 days per week.) If and when my glutes decide to make an appearance I will photograph them lest they try to escape again.
But I digress. Fitness Cheerleader is asking about our favorite strength workout. I’m focused on legs/glutes at present. Here are some previous workouts I’ve posted for your reference:
Leg workouts have a terrific side benefit…they make me fall asleep. As an insomniac this is such a blessing! Fridays are my glutes day and last night I slept 11 hours!! (I usually only sleep 5 hours per night.)
