Chocolate Pudding

Aight Ima give up a bodybuilder secret for all you newbies out there.  Do you have trouble getting your meal 6 protein shake down?  Do you sometimes “forget” to drink it and just go to bed and hope your trainer doesn’t ask you about it?  Here’s the best kept secret to getting it down:

Protein Pudding

Start with your favorite protein powder.

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Put 1 1/2 scoops in a bowl.Protein scoop

Add water.Add water

Whisk.Whisk

Chill.Chill

Enjoy your chocolate protein pudding!
