I guess it’s appropriate that my final post should be on a day I check in with my goals. The entire blog was the brainchild of one of my birthday goals from last year designed to scare myself out of my comfort zone.
My first goal was to shoot a gun. (Very scary – I’m a Democrat.) Did that on my birthday last year. (I have Republican friends.) My second goal was to enter a bikini competition. (You all know how that went.) My third goal was to start a blog. It was just supposed to last for that 12 week training period but somehow it lingered.

Are you kidding me!?! Make me stop writing about random shit happening in my life and at the gym? No way! 🙂
Ok, so here’s how I did on my March Goals:
- Study for the Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Exam. Done. Let’s hear it for coffee and adrenaline.
- Pass the CPT Exam. VICTORY IS MINE!!! P.S. – Do you want to hire me?
- Make some snarky blog T-Shirts. Progress on the T-shirt front. Found a printer who will give me some good pricing but I’m waiting for this one top-secret thing to happen first before I pull the trigger. (Thought I would tie in a gun reference there.)
