On any given day it seems like I’m running late…like today. In the past I used my crazy schedule as an excuse to go through fast food lines, but now carry some great go-to snacks in my purse and/or gym bag:
- Almonds. I carry about 8 almonds in my ziplock bag)
- Protein shake. I like Isopure Low-carb Dutch chocolate. I use 1 scoop with 8 oz ice water and mix in my shaker.
- Water bottle. It’s good to be hydrated!
