What’s Your Favorite Snack on the Run?

On any given day it seems like I’m running late…like today.  In the past I used my crazy schedule as an excuse to go through fast food lines, but now carry some great go-to snacks in my purse and/or gym bag:

  1. Almonds.  I carry about 8 almonds in my ziplock bag)Almonds
  2. Protein shake.  I like Isopure Low-carb Dutch chocolate.  I use 1 scoop with 8 oz ice water and mix in my shaker.Isopure
  3. Water bottle.  It’s good to be hydrated!Water

  1. I like this post of yours as my hubby is going in for an operation on the 23rd and I am thinking of what I need to take with me on that day to the hospital. I will be taking some nuts, my Optimum Whey protein and water like you listed here as well 🙂 The protein powder comes in very handy I must admit with a day like this.
